Agreement and operator

The service

ParseBuddy receives documents and emails, applies automated extraction, and provides structured results through its dashboard, API, and webhooks. Features, limits, and supported formats may change as the service develops.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, API keys, and connected inboxes. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and may not use ParseBuddy to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe security, overload the service, or process content unlawfully.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You authorize DODEE LLC and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for reviewing whether ParseBuddy is appropriate for sensitive or regulated information.

Automated results

Extraction results are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for financial, legal, medical, compliance, or other consequential decisions.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Prices, included usage, and applicable taxes are presented before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect according to the terms displayed there.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, DODEE LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of ParseBuddy.

Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, abuse, security risk, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these Terms and will publish the revised effective date on this page.
